1. Do you travel for Photo Shoots?

Yes!

We are always happy to travel for listing shoots.

Even with these terrible gas prices?

Of course! Our apologies in advance for needing to request some travel fees for cities like Detroit, Kalamazoo, and Traverse City, we genuinely do wish it weren't needed.

Locations within 35 miles of Grand Rapids are included; shoots beyond that may include a small travel fee to cover time and expenses.


We regularly work in areas like Detroit, Grand Haven, Kalamazoo, Traverse City, and Lansing—just reach out and we’ll figure out the details.

2. Do you help with planning our Photo Shoot?

Yes!

Every shoot includes an optional complimentary 15-minute video call with the photographer for anyone involved in preparing the space.


It’s a relaxed way to walk through ideas, answer questions, and make practical prep decisions—like furniture placement, what to tuck away, and how to get the space photo-ready without overthinking it. In-person consultations can also be arranged when helpful.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Because shoot times are reserved in advance, cancellations may be subject to a fee of 18% of the appointment rate, and reschedules may include a $20 rescheduling fee. Same-day cancellation changes are handled on a case-by-case basis, with understanding for truly unexpected situations.


As for weather: we keep a close eye on it (sometimes obsessively). If conditions aren’t cooperating—especially for exterior shots—we will reach out ahead of time to make a plan, shift timing, or line up a backup date so no one is left guessing or refreshing the forecast alone.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?



Yes!

Digital files are included, and we offer prints, albums, and even custom art products if you’re feeling fancy.


Seller gifts, buyer gifts, marketing materials—whatever you need, we've got you.
